Do you have a food business? You can now register and change details online

Are you starting a food business or changing your business details? Now there’s an easy and convenient way to register, update your details and get ready to trade.

Beginning June 6, 2022, all new food and mobile businesses in Kempsey County must register with the Council through our online application portal. Existing businesses that need to update their contact information, such as business address and owners’ names, should also use the online candidate portal.

The portal was created to make the registration process seamless and stress-free for food business owners.
